A first career in human resources was an inspiring springboard to becoming an executive coach working primarily in leadership development. My international practice brings a wealth of cultural learning and diversity of working practices. One element that persists and which is now my focus as a coach – is reducing the downtime emerging from relationship issues and that can be improved by personal, interpersonal and team development.
Becoming a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and gaining an MBA and EMCC Master Coach Accreditation is the professional underpinning for the coaching services I offer you. The intercultural opportunity gained as Past Global President of the EMCC (2011-2017) and now EMCC Global Special Ambassador has proved invaluable for cross-cultural working.
