Lise was my coach for approximately one year.

During this time Lise challenged my perceptions and my thinking in a positive and constructive way. As a coach she is extremely self aware, was always prepared for my coaching session, allowing plenty of time to explore issues and was then firm in setting clear expectations. She was an excellent listener, and gained my commitment to ideas/suggestions, pushing me when appropriate. Agreed actions were followed up at sessions and alternatives were explored when things had not worked out as planned. This allowed me the space to develop at my own pace and with more confidence.

As a result of the coaching, I have been more assertive in my approach to particular issues at work and I have been able to adapt my behaviour where beneficial and appropriate.

On a personal level the coaching allowed me to explore issues in a safe but challenging environment and gave me the opportunity to question my perceptions and those of others. Lise created an environment that was ‘comfortable’ but very focussed and I benefitted significantly from the opportunity. I would positively recommend Lise as a coach to future clients.
